ELDOA I & II
I have been studying under Dr. Guy Voyer for the last 5 years. ELDOA is an acronym in French for “Etirements Longitudinaux Avec Decoaptation Osteo-Articulaire.” English translation is Load Longitudinal Osteo-Articular Decoaptation Stretches. ELDOA is a form of stretching that decompresses the entire spine and helps normalize alignment of the vertebrae. Consists of very precise posture, which target a specific articulation, providing relief from pain. Dr. Guy Voyer Fascia Fellowship Program sponsored by NYC Sports Lab
